A very nice 'silver' with medium-sized rosettes forming neat domes of rosettes all huddled together. Arching sprays of white flowers in summer. Perfect for growing in a stone trough or other container or on the rock garden.
Frances Cade is highly thought of by collectors. Unfortunately for us, it doesn't provide as much propagating material.
We find all these 'silvers' do best in a bright, open position in full sunshine but they are said to like a bit of light shading from strong sun. Maybe in the south.
