A wonderfully silver alpine, really shines in bright sunshine. It grows as slowly spreading carpets clothed in small silver leaves. Looks lovely creeping over rocks or gravel. The flowers are fairly insignificant but with foliage this bright, we don't need flowers.
All these silver-leaved plants look especially good beside flowering plants with the hotter colours - bright reds, oranges and yellows.
Slowly spreading, about 10-15 cm high. Needs well-drained, gritty soil and, of course, sunshine!
Seldom seen, but sometimes offered as Helichrysum 'County Park Silver'.
